Today we have become a totally new company, yet have done so while retaining the good things from the past. It may seem astonishing that we have improved productivity by 35%, then 65%, and now 88% in just 7 months, 18 months and 27 months respectively.

But more than this, our work with ANPRO has resulted in a shared view of our vision, goals and challenges – shared between management and workers.

We no longer talk about opportunities for improvement – we just set our goals together and achieve them. I am absolutely convinced that this positive trend will be sustained in the years ahead.
