After ANPRO’s in-depth analysis work – firstly on our logistics centre and thereafter on our total Supply Chain efficiency we started up an implementation project with the ultimate objective of creating a world class Supply Chain operation. ANPRO has had a big influence in creating the positive bottom line results and also had a big positive impact of the speed and focus of the implementation. We are currently ready to launch phase II and expect as with the phase I a significant impact on our bottom line result with the help from ANPRO.
