An Integrated Management Operating System

To my great satisfaction I can now conclude that the project has been a success. We have increased machine utilisation and our start-up efficiencies. We have created a focus on wasted resources and we have made noticeable progress managerially, with managers at all levels going though a process to agree values and standards.

This has created a shared understanding of the company’s foundations and perspectives into the future. We have developed metrics and follow-up tools to track labour cost-effectiveness, waste, maintenance costs etc. as well as developing a set of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), which are the basis for global planning of the whole business.

This gives me an opportunity to thank ANPRO and its consultancy team. In a positive and goal-driven collaboration with our managers, you have successfully implemented the project, generating tangible bottom-line results, and achieved an increase in our plant capacity and availability, which our ever-growing market requires.
